Be Patient with my blog as it is a work in progress for the next few days. I have a header I like and a blinkie. So now I need to completer the rest of the template. I am learning PS5 as I do this so it may take a few days. Happy Crafting ~~Misty

Here is my take on the sketch.  I used my cameo to cut the corner and background shape.  I ran the yellow strip through the Big Shot with an embossing folder.  I did a print and cut for the two tags and the Kindergarten title.

My daughter started Kindergarten.  This is her teacher.  This was also both of my son's teachers at on time.  I love having all 3 of my kids with this wonderful teacher and fabulous lady.

Here is our entire line up in case you get lost along the way.

Your next stop is Margie: http://bellabugcreations.blogspot.com Enjoy your tour!!!

SOUS Write project

I love this challenge.  This layout has a silly story.  So I had it all complete and laying on my craft table.  My son's cat, who needs so much attention LOL, decided to get a HUGE drink and get totally wet in the process.  As I turned around he was laying his fat butt on my just finished layout.  :(  Water all over it.  FYI Imagine ink is Not I repeat NOT waterproof.  So I had to recut some elements.  I do have to tell you that my Imagine IS working with CCR and these were print and cut from CCR.  :)  Finally!!!!!!

Enjoy. Don't forget to head over to http://stuckonusketches.blogspot.com/ and check out the cool stuff the rest of the design team came up with.

Imagine Notebook Doodles, gypsy font, and Cricut Mini school images.

Hi and welcome to the 100th sketch blog hop..

if you just stopped by and want to join in on the hop, please start off at Stuck on U Sketches

You should of arrived here from (Patricia over at http://patriciaslayout.blogspot.nl/) blog

Here is our 100th sketch that Leah has created for our hop..

and here is my take on our sketch..

I used a super cute set from Miss Kate's Cuttables to create this Valentine's Day layout ready for pictures of my kids.  I printed my papers using my Cricut Imagine.  I love being able to whip out some beautiful paper and fun cuts.  I brought in my cuts to the Silhouette Studio software.  I edited the colors a bit to match my papers.  Then sent it to the printer and cut.  I also love to use the Quick Quotes powder puff inks to add dimension to the cuts.  A few pop dots and they don't look like a print and cut at all.  I do like my Imagine for the printing but the cameo is hands down the best for the print and cut.

Leave a comment and make sure you are a follower and you will be entered to win some fun blog candy!!! I have 3 colors of powder puff inks and a $10 Gift certificate for Miss Kate's Cuttables of your own. I will do a random drawing featuring one of my silly kids on Thursday evening Feb 7th at 8:00 pm. I will post the winner Friday Feb 8th.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Miss Kate for sponsoring this great prize. You should go to her site and see the super cute sets she has over there.

Thank you for stopping by today and your next hop stop will be Margie (http://bellabugcreations.blogspot.com/)

Have a beautiful day!!!!

SOUS Switch-A-Roo

For the switch a Roo project I used a Miss Kate's Cuttables file set called Snowball Fun.  I love that I can mix and match print and cut with cardstock.  I wanted the hat and scarf to match the paper line I used (Carta Bella Winter Fun) but I liked the colors of the snowman in the file set.  So I cut the scarf, snowflakes, and hat from the papers and then did a print and cut with the remaining parts.

Now head on over and check out the other AMAZING ladies and their talent over a Stuck On You Skethes!!!!
